About the Job: 
The Associate – Compliance Analyst will participate in compliance and operations monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with compliance and internal control teams. The role of the Compliance Analyst is to ensure that the firm and its employees conduct business in accordance with federal and state laws and rules and regulations, including the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, The Federal Reserve Bank, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other governmental agencies, self-regulatory organizations and internal policies and industry best practices.
What You’ll Get to Do:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to assess potential suspicious activity (e.g., money laundering)</li>
<li>Perform transaction monitoring alert reviews and sanctions hit reviews to be able to identify when activity requires further investigation</li>
<li>Interpret and implement client operating policies regarding financial data</li>
<li>Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions violations, and escalate for second level review</li>
<li>Research, draft, and file Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) to enforcement networks, and document decisions not to file a SAR – exercising independent judgment and discretion while handling sensitive cases</li>
<li>Execute account maintenance updates and process client lifecycle related reports</li>
<li>Ensure client vetting data and document processing comply with regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies for all new accounts</li>

Part breaker and builder, you will work in our security engineering team securely launching new services.  We are looking for Senior Security Engineers to collaboratively build a better platform for connected vehicles.  Security Engineering team members will lead one of three main focus areas of Application Security, Cloud Security and DevSecOps.

The Threat Operations Manager will be responsible for investigation and responding to threat activity, spam content, malware and other cyber attacks on ThreatLocker and our partners networks.

JOB SCOPE
The ThreatOps Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

About the Role:
The Security Analyst is a front line Operations Center role, supporting our security services around the world. The SA is an internal triage analyst who assesses inbound security data and communications, dealing with straightforward tasks and escalating to our Security Engineers as needed.
Responsibilities:

<li>Understand IT infrastructure and networking to be able to quickly dispatch security incidents with the help and guidance of Senior Security Personnel.</li>
<li>Triage customer requests, apply playbook driven solutions, initiate potential incident investigations through assignment to security engineers and may assist the engineers with use web-based resources to determine if a given event is potentially real, or more importantly that it is benign.</li>
<li>Attention to process and a willingness to learn are critical assets for the right candidate.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and easily interact with a variety of different people and personalities. Success in this role depends on the effective dispatch of both security and communication triage events to the correct persons in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Understand the processes and systems Arctic Wolf uses, this will be critical in helping the Senior Security staff handle their customers as support specific customer requests.</li>
<li>Creating and amending runbooks that aid in expanding the knowledge of your peers</li>
<li>Continuously drive to learn new aspects of the security business.</li>
