We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team based in European time zone. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving and orchestrating Forecast and Pipeline management across areas, Pipeline management and Pipeline Hygiene initiatives..

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support regional GM’s &amp; Sales Managers &amp; Functional Leaders on forecasting and business performance review; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency• Work closely with the regional field sales organizations to build profitable, balanced and compliant businesses• Lead Fcst and Pipeline management processes across regions• Organize and drive Pipeline Hygiene improvement, standardized opportunity and account planning practices• Collaborate with regional GM’s and sales team for the annual regional business plans• Provide deal structuring assistance with all large and complex enterprise business transactions• Develop, mentor and manage Sales Operations resources across regions• Act as advocate with corporate functions on behalf of the Sales Excellence team regarding business processes and policies• Support the Global Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of hands-on operations experience at a regional or corporate level• Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business, Finance or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a plus• Proficiency in CRM tools and business systems, especially SFDC• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint• Experience with direct as well as indirect sales structures and strategies• Strong presentation skills and ability to present to live audiences in-person and via online webinars (Zoom, Skype, WebEx, etc.)• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently• Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments• Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively• Passionate about sales and developing excellent structures, processes and people• Comfortable with a hands-on role• High-level of consulting skills and business acumen• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

WHAT YOU'LL DO

<li>Attract new Service Providers to Acronis by reaching out to the following prospects:</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<ul>
<li>that are already interested, e.g. participated in Acronis offline/online events; registered for trial, etc.</li>
<li>prospects that are engaged on a high-level, i.e. opened Acronis emails;</li>
<li>find new Service Providers prospects via LinkedIn, Salesforce database, connections</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Connect with Acronis potential Service Providers using the approved tools, including but not limited to Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, etc. to verify the interest level based on certain criteria and BANT qualification, such as: the environment, need, budget, pain points, competitors, decision makers, number of workloads they want to protect.</li>
<li>All activities must be documented in Salesforce, demo sessions via Zoom should be done with camera on.</li>
<li>Do the research before reaching out to a prospect and prepare questions based on it, using company’s web site, LinkedIn profile, any other public information about the company or contact</li>
<li>Manage the whole sales cycle: qualification, negotiation, demo sessions with the involvement of the Solution Engineers if needed, negotiating, closing the deal by signing a contract offline or online</li>
<li>Make sure to sign a contract with quality Service Providers, who are ready to invest into the business with Acronis and plan to stay for a long time</li>
<li>Manage the pipeline: maintain Service Level to follow-up prospects, provide timely forecast to direct Manager or regional General Manager</li>
<li>Align and sync with Distributors in the assigned region, including bi-weekly calls, joint marketing activities and events</li>
<li>Co-operate with all related departments at Acronis to close the deal successfully: Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management, etc.</li>
<li>Understand Acronis brand messages and communicate them effectively to prospects; respect and support sales' role in promoting a positive brand image</li>
<li>Understand Acronis key competitors and effectively communicate differentiators ("kill points") of our products/solutions</li>
<li>Receive coaching feedback and participate in individual coaching sessions</li>
<li>Pass obligatory quarterly upskill training sessions</li>
</ul>
WHAT YOU BRING 
<ul>
<li>Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have</li>
<li>Have strong closing sales skills</li>
<li>Previous sales experience as Inside Sales Representative, Lead Development Representative</li>
<li>Experience with cold calling is preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in IT industry is preferred</li>
