About the Role You will work with GoTo’s Corporate Affairs Team, reporting directly to the Online Reputational Management Lead in GoTo’s Corporate Affairs. As the Social Media Analyst under the Online Reputational Management team, the candidate will ensure the best social media implementation to help effectively manage GoTo narrative to the targeted social media audience and measure its effectiveness according to GoTo's communication objectives.

What You Will Do

    • Proactively do social media listening - give alerts and recommendations on potential issues to related GoTo stream - track, analyze, and provide possible advice based on social media metrics and listening
    • Aligning social media plan and strategy with all GoTo and Op-Cos stream
    • Create analytic reports based on the initiative from Corporate Affairs in GoTo or Op-Cos
    • Support the crisis handling in social media related to GoTo or Op-Cos and measure the risk and sentiment of the ongoing or evergreen issues
    • Analyzing trends and its potentials for upcoming social media plan strategy
    • Identify content creators and social influencers in our space for potential organic relationship
    • Coordinate with third-parties social media agencies or consultants regarding GoTo’s communications strategy in social media
    • Support the Online Reputational Management team in developing a key strategy based on GoTo’s communication objectives and key results

What You Will Need

    • Prior Internship experience in social media analytics/digital PR/digital marketing preferred
    • Knowledgeable about social media metrics and deliverables
    • Up to date with the recent trends in digital, tech, capital market, and social issues
    • Passionate about making a social impact
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbally
