As we continue to grow and protect the digital world, we are seeking a passionate SOC Analyst to join our team in the mission to defend our customer's web applications from malicious bot abuse.At HUMAN, we take pride in empowering our employees to excel and create a workplace that fosters excellence. As a SOC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to protect the internet by ensuring the security of our customer's web applications. You'll work alongside a dynamic team of cybersecurity professionals dedicated to combating the ever-evolving threats of the digital world.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze customer traffic to identify undetected threats and false detections
• Be the first-line responder for detecting and investigating security events, incidents, or other anomalous activities
• Work cross-functionally to optimize HUMAN's ability to detect and mitigate real-time Cyberattacks to our enterprise customers
• Provide customers with insightful incident reports
• Monitor our customer's traffic and support requests
• Provide input on current security threats, tools, and detection techniques

Who you are

• Working knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS/SSH, IPv4/v6 etc.)
• Passionate about data, security, and our customers
• Experience with OWASP paradigms of web and mobile
• Statistical analysis and probability
• Bachelor's Degree - an advantage
• Technical certificates in cyber or IT - an advantage
• Great communication level of written and verbal English (native English is an advantage)
