You won’t regret it.The Service Coordinator is responsible for utilizing strong customer service abilities to assess client needs as well as coordination skills in coordinating all activities related to implementing DS orders in assigned territory.   

Main Responsibilities:

    • Receive sales order form from Sales Representative and place order in E-Automate.
    • Create record in DS Delivery List on SharePoint and keep up to date.
    • Make initial contact with client to ensure client is aware order is in process.
    • Create an accurate Statement of Work (SOW) detailing all aspects of installation and training accurately.
    • Coordinate all activities related to order and ensure prompt delivery and installation of product on order.
    • Ensure implementation of order based on set implementation goals for territory.
    • Communicate with the Sales Representative promptly if the flexible delivery date may be unattainable.
    • Work with Managed Print Services (MPS) Coordinator to ensure proper resources are allocated for MPS projects.
    • Manage and maintain all calendars related to the DS Installation team striving for equal workload among all DS Installation team members.
    • Perform dispatch role in E-automate for entire DS Installation team.
    • Perform 30-day appointment phone contact for all installation & training activities.
    • Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.
    • Attend required company and departmental 

Required Skills:

    • Background in Information Technology with a good basic understanding of networks.
    • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook and company and client specific programs.
    • Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relations among all levels of an organization.

Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in networking and printing with Macintosh computers.
