This means reliability is built into our processes, systems, tools, and attitude. We live and breathe reliability.We are looking for passionate Senior Frontend Software Engineer(s) to join our product development teams that build Opsgenie’s core product features like alerting flow, notifications management, user management, and pricing & subscription management.More about you

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• A deep understanding of the JavaScript language and ecosystem
• Understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code
• In-depth understanding of web browser architecture and behavior
• Experience measuring and implementing performance optimizations
• Enjoyment of sharing knowledge with teammates, and working collaboratively when you need help
• Ability to slice and dice problems so they can be worked on by several people

We would prefer you to have:

• Have a good knowledge of UX and design
• Experience applying static typing in Javascript (for example TypeScript or Flow)
• Know-how with regard to front-end tooling such as Webpack, Babel, ESlint, etc.
• Operational experience – instrumenting code and monitoring the errors, metrics, and analytics of large-scale web applications.
