Location Details: Remote - Colombia

Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.​

We are the information security department, responsible for running the security software. As a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer in GoDaddy, responsible to implement and operate technologies central to GoDaddy’s Security Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong security and technical background and have excellent communication and Teamwork Skills. Also have visibility across the company, from C-level, Team, and Program Managers to various operational teams!

What you’ll get to do

Deploy Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) technology across GoDaddy’s diverse environment, including on-premise, public cloud, and led workstations. We are also responsible to Deploy and handle agent- and network-based vulnerability scanners in support of GoDaddy’s Vulnerability Management program. We Design and implement support processes that minimize disruption and ensure a positive end-user experience for system owners and other internal collaborators. Join forces with Security Operations and Incident Response as vital to assist and respond to security incidents, including rotational on-call duties.

Your experience should include

• With 5+ years of proven experience in security engineering or security operations in a large-scale environment, will also have Hands-on experience with modern endpoint protection technologies – like EDR.
• Poses a track record of experience partnering with various collaborators to deliver shared outcomes, with Linux and scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Do you understand how computer networking operates in a large service provider environment and poses excellent solving skills? have familiarity with agile development practices? If so, we have to talk!

A Certification in CISSP or CCNA
