Security Control Room Officer

Job Descriptions:

• To operate and maintain surveillance equipment.
• To watch both live and recorded video surveillance footages and report incidents or suspicious behaviour to Operations department when necessary.
• To monitor and control all camera effectively and sequentially.
• To take actions as appropriate to events seen.
• To monitor the security via CCTV.
• To monitor staff behaviour and performance via CCTV.
• To conduct audits on a daily basis of CCTV availability.
• To do any other tasks as instructed by superior/Management. 

Requirements:

• Possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experiences in the relevant field.
• Able to work on shifts and 6 days per week.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Needs to be exceedingly observant with a high level of concentration and be able to divide their attention in order to monitor multiple occurrences taking place at a single setting.
• Preferably someone with working experiences in the Warehouse Control Room.
