We help the Recruiting team in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews and provide Pre-Hire administrative support to develop a positive customer experience to recruiters, interviewers, candidates and new hires.We're hiring a People Operations Associate, reporting to the People Operations Lead. You are a People Operations Associate with a background in Recruiting and Pre-Hire administrative support.

What you'll do

• You will develop lasting relationships within Atlassian – with recruiters, interviewers and the hiring managers
• You will partner with Recruiters to support them in screening and scheduling interviews
• You will provide sourcing support by attracting passive and active talent within the designated markets to create and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for our active and incoming positions.
• You will provide Pre-Hire administrative support
• You will improve the integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System
• You will share your awesome ideas to the team and collaborate on impactful projects

Your background

• You have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition support
• You have excellent verbal and written English skills
• You experienced supporting global teams
• You love technology and have experienced working with HR Systems (Workday, ICiMs)
