Job Descriptions

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Security team members in the identification and assessment of security vulnerabilities in Katalon's products and applications:

• Learn and understand Katalon's policies in conducting authorization assessment activities;
• Assist with penetration testing activities including desktop application, API, and web application testing;
• Assist with the Vulnerability Disclosure and Vulnerability Management Programs;
• Collaborate with team members on the documentation of testing results and recommendations for remediation;
• Participate in security training and workshops to increase your knowledge and skills in the areas of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.

Requirements

Must-have

• Last-year students, computer science/ Information Technologies background or equivalent;
• Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and web applications;
• Strong interest in the field of cybersecurity;
• Can join a full-time internship for at least 4 days per week in a 6-month period.

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with prevalent penetration testing tools and techniques employed to conduct testing;

• Previous internship or work experience in a penetration tester role.
