The Challenge

Information Security Risk Management at Take-Two (T2) is an ambitious, hard working and friendly team which works together to mature the security posture at T2 and its labels. The team is looking for an Information Security Training and Education Specialist to support the team in creating and delivering content and training on Information Security matters across the organization. The Training and Education Specialist will plan, organize, coordinate and deliver education materials, presentations and live sessions in support of the Information Security Training and Awareness Program.

What You’ll Take On

  • Develop, implement and support information security training and awareness program. 
  • Ensure that the program meets applicable industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. 
  • Identify the scope of who needs to be trained in the program (i.e., high risk roles, general population, role-based training). 
  • Ensure that the program communicates our security policies and requirements so that employees know, understand, and can easily follow them. 
  • Develop and maintain educational materials such as presentations, videos, blog posts, and other materials.
  • Partner with the Information Security team to identify key risks and incorporate those into the program.
  • Deliver information security training to employees via presentations, meetings and live sessions. 
  • Support information security awareness training and exercises (i.e., phishing). 
  • Create metrics that can effectively measure and communicate the impact of the program.
  • Support the Information Security team in their efforts to explain complex security concepts and technologies in their materials.
  • Keeps abreast of the latest security, privacy, and regulatory concerns and best practices impacting T2 and labels
  • Monitor information security industry news and blog posts for internal and external educational opportunities

What You Bring

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years professional related work experience (education/training, marketing or communications is preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience writing and designing information security educational material.
  • Superior writing and editing skills: This is a content-heavy role.
  • Ability to communicate complex messages in a simple, clear, and concise manner within our organization. 
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Strong self-motivation, self-management, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of the concepts of culture and how culture impacts the way employees behave and learn. 
  • Understanding of the concepts of information risks and the different elements that make up risk. At a minimum, should have a basic understanding of different concepts of information security. Security expertise is not required, as you will be working directly with our security team, but a basic understanding of security concepts, or willingness to learn, is required.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $110,400 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.  Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
