Lead the Information Security team who are responsible for and utilizing security systems in Manila.
Maintain company’s effectiveness on information security and efficiency by leading the execution of security approaches, standards and procedures supporting strategic plans and directions.
Attends customer requests, apply driven solutions, conducts possible incident investigations through assignment to InfoSec Engineers and may assist them with use of web-based resources to know if a possible breach is potentially a threat or containable.
Supervises Information Security Projects, including budget and resources, end-user relationships, SLAs, deliverables, quality, and overall management.
Responsible for meeting quality objectives, practices, methodologies, and processes.
Lead continuous improvement on prevention processes, track quality KPIs and continuously improve quality and measurements.
Provides technical guidance and training to information security towards end-users, information security teams, and IT operation Manila team.
Requirements
At least 5-10 years of experience in IT field.
Minimum experience as lead for 3 years.
Knowledgeable with tools such as Crowd Strike, Cisco Umbrella, ESET, Carbon Black etc.
Has one or more certifications such as: EC-Council CEH, COMPTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900: Microsoft Security Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, CISA, CISM, CISSP, (ISC)2 SSCP Systems Security Certified Practitioner, CompTIA’s Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), and other relevant certificates.
Attended relevant trainings, conventions, workshops, seminars about Information Security events.
Experience with vendor and client management.
Experience with incident response.
Comprehensive experience in information security and management.
Real world experience with network threats and systems threats in an enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience identifying IOCs and building solutions for the detection of IOCs.
Prior experience on Incident Analysis and Response.
Strong knowledge on networking and systems admin skills.
Experience in managing and developing new products and services.
Proven leadership skills and experience.
Professionalism, sensitivity, discretion along with the ability to interact with a global team are essential.
Ability to prioritize and multitask well under pressure.
Knowledge of applicable business processes and operations of customer organizations.
