The Trust and Security Team plays a pivotal role within the sales organization. The primary function of a Trust and Security Engineer is to lead the technical and operational discussion on how the Bugcrowd Platform can achieve a prospect’s security objectives. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will demonstrate technical and operational knowledge of the Bugcrowd platform and its competitive advantages to a variety of audiences including: CIO, CISOs, Security Directors, and Engineers. You will interface with sales, partners, engineering, marketing, and product teams as an authority in the field. This is a Remote role.

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position of Federal Trust and Security Engineer is: $149,300 - $202,700.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
