With a timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Our Enterprise Sales team builds and implements an effective sales strategy. In this role, you will drive the use of multiple products and services to our Enterprise customer base. At the same time, we want you to be an advocate for our customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us optimise our customer experience. You'll do all of this in tight coordination with our Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Marketing organisation.The European Enterprise Sales team was established in the summer of 2019. We have worked in sales and management roles in well-established Fortune 500 companies as well as exciting start-ups. We share a commitment to reach our numbers and ambition to make our team successful. However, above all we believe in the Atlassian values and want to use them as our compass in building a revolutionary sales model.You'll report into an Enterprise Sales Manager, based in Amsterdam.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement named account or territory plans geared at both maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring high bar of customer success
- Work with team members in the channel sales organisation to build sales strategies for designated territory or named accounts
- Serve as Atlassian's main point of contact for designated Enterprise accounts
Your background
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
- Experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience growing enterprise accounts
- Experience in the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese markets
- Customer-centric mindset
- Experience driving transformational deals
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
- Fluent language skills in Italian and/or Spanish, and English
