DevSecOps Engineer

About the Opportunity

We are growing our SecDevOps team and looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly driven DevSecOps engineer that lives and breathes Cloud Security. This is a hands-on role that is challenging with plenty of room for growth and the opportunity to influence and help shape our emerging cloud solution while using the latest and greatest technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gain Deep understanding of our SaaS platform and it’s underlying architecture.
• Continuously evaluate our infrastructure security while making improvements as needed to meet our customers demands.
• Be an integral part in our roadmap planning from project’s inception and design, through deployment, operations and maintenance.
• Implement best of breed security applications and toolings throughout our entire technology stack.
• Conduct procedural and technological cyber risk audits using internal and external tools and providers.
• Implement  CTF, Bug-bounty or similar ethical hacking programs.
• Formalize internal and external security related documents, information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Work closely with R&D teams / Product managers / Security teams to enhance and drive our service and cloud security posture.
• Mentor and assist other team members both in planning and implementing our cloud security measures.

Qualifications: 

• 3 Years of experience building and maintaining highly scalable and available systems in the cloud, preferably on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong understanding of application security standards including OWASP Top 10 and CIS Benchmarks.
• Experience with implementing highly secure and compliant systems following leading compliance standards such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA and similar.
• Experience with Vulnerability and Patch Management processes.
• Experience with security monitoring tools for containers/Kubernetes and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) for cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Experience of working with Linux, Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Terraform hands on experience or equivalent IaC tools.
• Experience in scripting language development (Bash, Python, Go).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control and understanding of how to embed security controls in their life cycle.
• Relevant Certification in the cyber world such as, CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, GSEC,
• Experience with identity and access management and SSO solutions, including SAML 2, OAuth 2, OIDC.
