Developer Compliance is responsible for ensuring the compliance of applications on Discord so that our users can enjoy offerings from third party organizations and developers. As a Developer Compliance Specialist in the Developer Experience department, you will report to the Developer Compliance Lead. Your role will be crucial in identifying and mitigating abusive applications and content violations within the Discord Ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will primarily involve investigating user reports and appeals, identifying and reporting Developer Policy violations, and suggesting effective solutions to these issues. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of APIs, can identify the root causes of issues and violations, and who can translate technical complexities effectively.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000 to $101,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
