Job Description: 

The Cyber Threat Operation Center Lead supports Microsoft Azure Systems hybrid cloud infrastructure and its applications. The CTOC Lead is responsible for leading the team to effectively monitor all infrastructure and systems, remediating incidents, coordinating escalations, running support bridges, providing customer service and performing all operations & maintenance activities of hybrid cloud resources. The CTOC Lead may work with Microsoft's IA Lead to conduct and/or support security engineering activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Works with the Infrastructure and Engineering Staff to incorporate tools and best practices that ensure control requirements are addressed to promote a robust security posture for the communications aspects of applications in cloud offerings
  • Works closely with project teams to assist in the migration of systems from their current environment into the hybrid TI infrastructure while ensuring the security and integrity of the system
  • Follows documented technical approaches to assess threats

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in cloud and/or infrastructure support
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading support in a 24 x 7 operation
  • Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of cloud infrastructure experience
  • Minimum 1 years experience with cyber security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk
  • Minimum 1 years experience engineering solutions within multiple Cloud Service Providers, in particular Azure
  • DoD 8570 Compliant with IAT Level 1 certification

Bonus points if you have:

  • Microsoft and/or Red Hat certifications highly desired
  • Acquisition, installation, maintenance, and usage of the Government Enterprise networks
  • Experience in Grafana or equivalent incident response tool
  • Experience with an incident tracking system desired

Security Clearance:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $156,000 - $253,200 

Colorado: $156,000 to $218,700

New York City: $180,600 - $253,200 

Washington: $166,100 - $232,900
