Customer Onboarding Data Engineer - Security Logs (US Remote)

ResponsibilitiesWork with customers to understand their security logs and ingest them into Anomali platformPlan and execute various steps in the security log data ingestion process such as data mapping, cleaning etc.Use various log analytics skills , security domain knowledge, regular expression and query language to showcase the value of Anomali’s platform to customers.Work in a cross functional team (engineering, sales, customer support) to delight the customer and solve their security analytics needs leveraging the Anomali platform.Grasp the technical architecture of the log ingestion pipeline and make changes as needed to improve it or solve the customer use case(s)End to end responsible for ensuring customer’s security logs are seamlessly ingested into the Anomali’s platform.  QualificationsSpecific Experience needed to be successful in this role:Bachelor degreeA minimum of 2 years' experience working with various security logs from EDR, Firewall, Web server/proxy, email gateway, syslog etc. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a python developer in cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure)Strong regex expertiseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with data ingestion pipeline in a distributed system environmentPrior experience with SIEM tools is preferredEqual Opportunities MonitoringIt is our policy to ensure that all eligible persons have equal opportunity for employment and advancement on the basis of their ability, qualifications and aptitude.
