ATM Security Specialist

Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is a leading provider of payment and transaction processing solutions that is seeking an experienced ATM Security Specialist to join their team in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Euronet's ATMs and other payment systems are secure from any threats of theft or unauthorized access.

The company aims to provide consumers with the most convenient options to interact with their money, and this role is crucial in ensuring the security of their financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ATM security strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures at Euronet ATMs across the world.
• Conduct frequent assessments of security risks and recommend improvements for the organization’s ATM operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ATM security protocols and procedures are integrated with other business processes.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents related to the organization's ATMs and other payment systems, analyze incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and customers about ATM security protocols.
• Continually maintain and improve security technology knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends, software updates, and security alerts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information security or computer science.
• Proven experience in an information security role, with specific experience in securing ATMs.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols, common attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
• Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ATM security.
• Demonstrated experience in building trust with stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and various levels of management.
• Ability to operate in a global environment with sensitivity and respect for cultural differences.
