As a Senior Revenue Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing revenue data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize financial performance. A successful candidate should be able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks, be curious about technology, willing to learn and should have a very strong understanding of financial concepts.     Job Description:<i>Key Accountabilities</i>* Analyze revenue streams, identify trends, and provide insightful financial analysis to support revenue forecasting and planning.. * Monitor revenue-related contracts, agreements, and customer terms to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance.. * Liaise with billing team and analyze billing data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize revenue collection and minimize billing errors.. * . * Conduct revenue variance analysis, identify key drivers, and communicate findings to senior management.. * Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of revenue and billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.. * Prepare and present revenue reports, financial statements, and other performance metrics to stakeholders.. * Prepare and present billing reports and financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.. * Develop and implement effective billing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and minimize revenue leakage.. * Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide financial expertise and guidance to support business decisions.. * Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices related to revenue recognition.. * Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, as needed.. * Prepares profitability analyses.&nbsp; Works with Directors and VP's through the development process. * Provide guidance to business and CFO organizations with regards to the best customer level infrastructure margin analysis.. * Excellent understanding of financial statements, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.. * Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically..  About Rackspace TechnologyWe are the multicloud solutions experts.
