The opportunity:

    • We are looking for an experienced PA to join us as part of a dynamic, supportive and valued team.
    • You'll be supporting Partners who are experts in their field and will work as part of a wider team to provide Consulting divisional support as required.
    • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue projects in their area of interest which can become a core part of their role.

Day to day you will:

    • Coordinate meetings including invites, catering and room bookings
    • Manage the diaries, timesheets and expenses for assigned Partners
    • Provide administration support of office systems and processes, including maintaining databases
    • Complete any assigned Consulting team support tasks
    • Finalise correspondence e.g. engagement letter formatting (as required and/or for wider team)
    • Format and design documents such as reports, proposals and presentation
    • Assist with overflow work from the graphics team from time to time
    • Complete ad hoc tasks as required, including binding, photocopying, printing etc.
    • Attending team meetings and minute taking when needed

What you'll bring to our team:

    • Previous PA or Admin experience supporting senior leaders
    • Be comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment, such is the nature of Consulting
    • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
    • Highly organised and efficient
    • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Professional and friendly manner and you'll enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment
